A beautiful design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's with foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment

Printed out and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a cream 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s. tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. There is a matching insert which I placed inside using d.s. tape.

I used tag from the kit adding sentiment to one of the decoupage layers. I embellished with chipboard sentiments & little blue gems. I finished with the matching insert. Cup 1150183_2073. Designer Isabel Neves.
