I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. To finish the card I attached the "Have A Fun Day" using foam squares.

This design really makes an impact, particularly when made up as a jumbo card.
