Z-fold thank you card for staff at a hospital. I printed onto printable decoupage paper. I cut out all the elements building up the layers using pinflair glue. I used cream linen card layered with blue checkered star printed paper.

I used tags from the kit along with dies & peel offs for sentiments. I added butterflies from the kit adding pearls to their centres. I embellished with lace along the edge adding some blue ombre ribbon & a bow. I finished with the matching insert. Cup 1052136_20051. Designers Passionate Crafting.
