Printed on good quality photo paper cut out and layered with foam tape a pretty lace die then onto a blue frame .
I then added crystals and insert to complete this gorgeous design.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted one of the toppers on to a card. Layered all elements. Added gems, a bow and a sentiment.
A gorgeous design.
My finished card is 7x7 inches
