This cute topper will fit on the front of an 8" x 8" card blank but it can be made smaller in any graphic software. 4 A4 sheets of decoupage, choice of sentiments, age tags 18, 21, 30 & 40, insert and matching gift tags

I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main topper onto a patterned base card and added the decoupage and sentiments using foam pads. A very pretty design which is easy to make and sure to please.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to silver mirror card, then on to a foldback card. Layered all elements. Added an age, two sentiment tags and glitter A gorgeous design.
