Cut out images and placed main one onto a 300gsm base card with D/S tape
Added topper and layers with foam pads
Will finish with insert and sentiment later
I resized to a 7x5 then printed on matte card, printed the picture twice more and used for decoupage layers using foam squares, used glitter paint for some highlights then printed an insert and envelope on 100gsm paper to match to complete.
