After printing out onto 240 gram card i mounted on a pop out punched card using DST ,then decoupaged with sticky pads.
Printed on good quality photo paper cut out and layered onto a blue textured card with foam tape I then added some bubbles to complete this gorgeous design.
I printed decoupage sheets, then cut all elements out with craft knife, then stuck all the elements down with sticky pads
We have to downsize most cards from the UK, I did this one, cut away the borders and mounted it on a foam dyed background, then added sequins for the bubbles.
I also put fun foam behind both of the sayings to pop them up.
