Printed onto Crafty Bob matte photo paper. DST was used to attach the topper and insert to a white card. Foam pads were used to add the Decoupage. This is a wonderful fun design.
Used a sticker boarder of contrasting colour then built up using 3d pads added sentiments to finish off .
i backed this on to pale blue card and then started to layer up all the elements on the front.
I also added a couple of gems too and added the insert.
