Open Fronts 7x7" Gatefold Card Kit - Winter Pond
These designs are a step on from my Open Fronts Card Kits, this time as a gatefold construction. They are really easy to make and if you've made a gatefold card and a stacker card before, you'll see that these are very similar, just a kind of combination of the two!
There are full instructions in every kit and lots more designs to come.
Christmas in pastel shades is the theme of this scrummy kit in pinks and violets, with a winter tree set against a golden sunset and framed with icy frozen foliage.

I printed onto heavy hammered card stock. I scored & folded the front flaps then attached to the back using DST. I added a piece of coordinating card stock to the reverse to cover the flaps.
I attached the inner flaps using DST then assembled all the decoupage elements using 1mm foam pads.
I printed the inside of the card onto 250gsm white card, the fronts and pyramage onto 200gsm photo paper and the inside fronts onto 120gsm paper.
I cut out all the pieces and assembled as per the instructions.
I then added all the decoupage and pyramage using foam pads and tape and finished with a good smattering of crystal stickles.
A beautiful card when finished. Another of Valerie's great cards- they are not quick fix cards but projects which will not be rushed!!
