I printed the main image and pyramage layers onto photo paper and all the 'explosion' sheets onto 100gsm paper.

The first time I made the explosion element I had got the octagons at the wrong angles - so I reprinted the two sheets and did the folding first and added the octagons at the end.

I made a card, to fit both the card front and the exploding inner, from a pearlised white textured card.

I added the inner and glued the 'explosion' into place. I added all the pyramage layers with foam pads and finished with one of the sentiments.

This is a beautiful card to look out but when you open it the wow factor is tremendous. If you have not tried one of these designs, I urge you to do so - They are stunning!!
