Exploding Verse- Autumn Roses
All designs in this series have only straight lines to cut so you can make a WOW factor card without fiddly cutting.
The verse pops out to give a nice surprise when the card is opened.
The verse reads;- Birthday wishes, Because today's so special, it really wouldn't do to send one simple birthday wish to last the whole year through.
So this wishes happy moments, a day when dreams come true and a year that's filled with all the things that mean the most to you.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the pyramid and added the corners using thin foam tape.
I used 160gsm paper for the card middle and the octagon verse sheet and this worked well and also gave the explosion centre some strength.
I added the octagon pictures to each corner using double sided tape. I attached the card middle and the explosion insert to the inside of the card using double sided tape. A lovely card when finished and it really doesn?t take long to make.
The explosion insert is a nice surprise when the card is opened.
