Exploding Card - Christmas Teddy Family
The image on this card is of a teddy bear family standing in front of a Christmas swag. The children bears are holding a "Naughty or Nice" list, a Christmas star shaped cookie and a heart shaped wreath made from two candy canes and holly.
With an exploding card, the card itself gets tied with ribbon and when you untie the ribbon the pictures inside "explode" out because of the way they have been folded. Full instructions are on this website - they are very easy to make and once you've made one or two you won't need the instructions. Once made you can then either leave the card "as is" or attach it to the front of a larger card as a 3D topper. The two small toppers for the front of the card have Christmas trees and beaded decorations.
To make this card you need to print out 2 copies of this sheet onto paper, not card. Full instructions on how to assemble the card can be found on the Craftsuprint website (my tutorials).

I printed onto paper as required and cut out the pieces. I folded the two main toppers as per instructions and attached with wet glue onto a double sided patterned card which I had gatefolded.
I added the front toppers, sentiment and ribbons using dst A special card which is not difficult to make and sure to impress.
