Exploding Card - Parasol and Fan 2
Pink ribbons and white lace with a basket of pink flowers.
With an exploding card, the card itself gets tied with ribbon and when you untie the ribbon the pictures inside "explode" out because of the way they have been folded. Full instructions are on this website - they are very easy to make and once you've made one or two you won't need the instructions. Once made you can then either leave the card "as is" or attach it to the front of a larger card as a 3D topper.
The card has been left free from text to make it more versatile.

All pieces printed twice onto paper & cut out. Then folded & assembled according to instructions into gate fold card which was made out of dark blue Ripple Card.
Front was decorated with patterned paper, parasol picture, & blue ribbons. A very impressive little card that was easy to make.
