I took a bright cyan card and backed it with one of the striking papers from cup25649_99 (Peacock Feather Fantasy paper pack).
I then used the lovely bookmarks from cup156374_688 (Floral bookmarks) to make a fan and fixed that to this cute mini-fan backing paper.
I mounted this onto the card and added a satin bow and Thinking Of You sentiment.
