Really beautiful and very useful background of fireworks for any Celebration theme cards: New Year, Birthday, Congratulations etc.
It can be easily turned into a great card by simply adding a few words on such as "HAPPY NEW YEAR", "HAPPY BIRTHDAY"... add a few large border peel-offs and you will have a great card ready!

I fixed this design to a white A5 card which I then trimmed to an exact fit. I added a matching panel on 2mm foam pads from cup134599_96 (Single Flower Scalloped Frame Blank Inserts Mini Toppers 1) on which I digitally added the Celebrate!! sentiment.
