Really beautiful and very useful background of fireworks for any Celebration theme cards: New Year, Birthday, Congratulations etc.
It can be easily turned into a great card by simply adding a few words on such as "HAPPY NEW YEAR", "HAPPY BIRTHDAY"... add a few large border peel-offs and you will have a great card ready!This background can be also very suitable for "Graduation" theme.

I printed this file and stuck it on to card stock. I then printed out CUP73781_96 and cut out the pieces and decoupaged them on to this card.
I stuck the "Congratulations" on to a small piece of paper to match the "Dreams" one and stuck it on to the card.
