This is a really pretty wobble card, with gorgeous Lillies adorning the 'over the edge' topper. The card base has a lovely scallop edge, just score and fold along the line indicated, then build up your decoupage.

I printed onto good quality smooth card and made up the rocker. I decoupaged with sticky pads and added the sentiment to the bottom. I just love these rocker cards, they are so quick to make, but so effective
