A Rose Blue - Scallop Wobble Card

This is a really pretty wobble card, with a gorgeous blue Rose and ring of pearls adorning the 'over the edge' topper.

The card base has a lovely scallop edge with lace detail, just score and fold along the line indicated, then build up your decoupage.

There are two sentiment tags to choose from, and an additional blank so you can personalise if you wish. If you like this check out my other designs, just click on my name.
