I attached a piece of Anniversary gold foiled backing paper to an A5 card and added the book layer with double sided tape.
I then added the decoupage layers with foam pads.
I added a gold border around the edge of the card, glitter to the roses and gold diamante to the pin heads.

I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I used gold coloured card topped with pale lemon coloured card as the background, adhered with mounting squares. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers.
Finished off with gold trim and stickles glitter.
