This is a gorgeous card that be used as a wedding anniversary card. I have designed it without any reference to weddings though, so that it can be used to celebrate the anniversary of a long term partnership, as there a lot of people who choose not to get married.

I printed this sheet onto good quality photographic paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main picture to a card blank with double sided tape and added the layers with foam pads.
I also added glitter to the swirls and diamante to the butterfly.
