I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge white C5 card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with gold cord and bow to spine.

I printed the sheet, cut out the elements and mounted the items with foam tape. I then adhered the base topper onto a shiny golden embossed cardstock leaving a small border around the edge and mounted the lot onto a lovely scented cardstock with shadow roses in the background.
