Flower Boxes 3D Card Kit - Violets
There are 2 kinds of boxes in my latest range of card kits - the first is the card itself which is in a 3D box-shape to allow space on the inside for a pretty decoupaged image. The decoupage then continues on the front of the card and looks great on its own when the card is open and even better when the card is closed and the 2 images become 1!
The second box is actually a presentation box. Every kit comes with its own unique gift box, designed to match and complement that particular card. These boxes are actually so pretty that you could probably use them as a sneaky card front as well!
There are loads of greetings tiles included, making every kit suitable for all sorts of different occasions and as always, there is a copy of the online tutorial included with every kit.
This design has pretty violet flowers tumbling from the back to the front of the card. Great for birthdays, anniversaries, thank you, get well etc

I printed this lovely kit out on 210gsm white card and cut out the base and before printing the main base picture I added a verse via my graphics programme. After following the very easy instructions, I then started to cut some of the elements. I chose not to use all of them as I didn't feel they were all needed. I built up the decoupage using foam pads and to finish off I used gold Stickles in the centre of each of the purple flowers and a 'Get Well Soon' peel off on the sentiment tag.
This really is a wonderful card & box to make with very easy to follow instructions and once made up is very beautiful.
I printed all the sheets onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. There are a lot of decoupage pieces but this is what gives this card wow factor to spare. I scored and folded the card base and added all the decoupage using foam pads.
I scored, and cut out the two elements of the box and assembled them using a wet glue. To finish I added a sentiment and gold stickles to the centre of all the lilac flowers and stardust stickles to the middle of all the white flowers.
I also used gold stickles around the square at the bottom and added blue pearls along the 'ribbon'.
The depth of decoupage on the inside of this card is very hard to show on a photograph but there are many layers.
Easy to make but the decoupage cutting does take quite a while- but it is so well worth the extra effort.
