The following is the tutorial for the Anniversary T-Slider Card cup735248_2228. My other T-Slider cards are assembled in a similar fashion. There are basically 4 pieces to the T-slider card. This version creates a 5 5/8 by 5 1/4. It fits in a 6 x 6 envelope.

Optionally you can reduce the size of the card to fit a 5.5 square envelope.
