You havent seen the back view as yet have you? Well here is it and what a lovely view it is too! What ever way I look at this air frame it just makes me swoon.
I absolutely love it, I shall be sorry when RAF Lakenheath put it out of service for the more up to date version the F35 Lightning.Yes they are stealth and a beautiful jet but I still will miss the Mighty F15 Strike Eagle, Their grace and stance in the sky is second to none in my opinion..They fly like an Eagle and looking at them I can understand why they call them Eagles..All files in all formats https://www.craftsuprint.com/tina-fitch/
Yes you got it I was at Lakenheath this week, The sun shone on Thursday so off I went for my weekly visit. Here we have the satin like Panther from 494th Squadron Just turning onto the runway ready to launch! It was very windy and I had quite a job this week to hold the lens as its very heavy. The sun caught it just nicely as it turned and it looked just like it was made from Satin..
Strange how the sun and the light changes the way things look... Well I loved the look. All files in all formats \https://www.craftsuprint.com/tina-fitch/
Well I went to RAF Lakenheath Wednesday for the 48hr Rediness Excercise.. and what a performance they gave! 28 launches one after the other so they could practice refueling over the North Sea.The photo this week was the Base Commanders F15E jet and I caught him nicely coming into land right into the sun...His Jet shone so brightly looked as if it had been highly polished .
I doubt it was but it certainly looked like it..Just to let you know I am now adding my photos to card designs as I know there is many Aviation Enthusiasts out there with not much to choose from, But you will know now the card will be unique and you wont find the photo anywhere else for sale..
I have highlighted the first one below this week..
Here this week is part 2 of the Cobra Warrior exercise at RAF Waddington last week.. Here is Italian and German Typhoons flanking the Israeli F15...
What a site it was too..It was lovely to see 3 countries of the Airforce working together to fight against the bad things in the world today.
Peace would be nice everywhere.. And people not suffering anymore. As they say now WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER!. As you can see the 3 patches also are in the photo which is one for each Airforce completing the excercise, Pretty they are too.

Royal Air Force aircraft have been joined by jets from the United States, German, Italian and Israeli Air Forces for Exercise Cobra Warrior. The photo today is of the Israeli Air force F15D Strike Eagle Aircraft, I drove down to RAF Waddington on Tuesday Morning early to get my space a the fence, We enjoyed a lovely day of air training from the Israelis the Italians and the German Air forces. It is the first time the Israeli Air Force has flown jets in UK airspace.
To be honest it was lovely to see other aircraft fly together. It aims to develop the skills of aircrew whilst trading knowledge with other countries. The hope is that if the time comes to fight together in the future, they are ready! All files in all formats https://www.craftsuprint.com/tina-fitch/
