How close is this to one of the Grim Reapers from 493rdFS from RAF Lakenheath.Was just taxing to the ramp for take off on Friday of last week.

Sun was shining so the photos came out just beautiful.Im going to miss these guys when the Squadron disperses and the F35 Lightnings arrive There will still be Eagles F15s at Lakenheath but instead of the reapers it will be the F35 Squadron and the Reapers will be no more at Lakenheath..They take a beautiful photo and Ill certainly miss them!

Oh Just look at him! The fox dog waiting patiently for his breakfast..Every Morning this happens and I am very thankful that I have them visit me.

He normally sits there till I actually take the food out then he moves back so I cant really see him, He and the cubs hide behind the bushes until the food is out then gingerly make their way down to feast.If the sun is out you can see them laying in the sun on the bank just waiting, But once I open my door the movement starts as they still are a little wary of me I think, even though I feed them daily.

But I suppose they are wild and wild animals are meant to stay wild..

Their coats are very thick now and their tails are so busy LOL But then they are being looked after properly haahhaThe Fox Dog I really like him he looks at me with so much thanks for his food, You can see it in his eyes how grateful they are..

And I am so grateful they visit me .

Caught them nicely playing at the bottom of the garden. Id got up late so they were waiting for their breakfast so passing the time away by playing together.

There was 4 of them all together but I could only get 2 in the frame at the same time as the other pair were across the bank from them I caught.

I sat and watched for ages it really warmed my heart to see them just playing in the sunlight on the bank.

Mum and dad were watching them as normal at the top. I made my coffee and went and sat outside just watching.

However they soon got restless waiting so I did their breakfast and they were happy. Looks like I have 6 new pets

Well its something I have never seen as yet in my avgeek search..Learjet 35 From 76th Airlift Squadron is part of the 86th Airlift Wing at Ramstein Air Base landed at RAF Lakenheath Wednesday and I was quite taken back how stunning it was...

First time seeing one ,, it was small but really a beautiful sight. I wasnt expecting to see something like that at all.. it took me by surprise...Friday I am off to RAF Fairford to wait for something else I have never seen B1 lancer..

Now Autumn is here night flying is the key..Last nights eagles nest was buzzing.... Up till 7.30pm they were hot pitting meaning taking off landing refueling and re launching..I just love it when they do that..

As you can see there are 4 all lined up to be checked before launching, which is what they always do.. then sometimes they wait till others are checked before there is a mass launch....I love the night flying but then I think to myself winter is on its way and its getting colder now and the nights are drawing in..

You can definitely feel the chill now coming in the air..Oh well thats September nearly done onwards and upwards
