As you may know i lost a very dear friend in October and I miss her and the welcome I used to get when we met.

Olga and Bernie were Mum and Dad to us and that is what we always called them.

Had Mum lived it would have been their Ruby Wedding Anniversary on the 8th December. I asked designer Denise Rhodes to make me a special card for the occasion and here are pictures of what she came up with.

The verse and the tag could not have been more appropriate and I would like to show you all and say a special Thank You to Denise for this beautiful design.

My Grandson , his partner and their daughter have at last moved in together. After a long spell apart which seemed never ending Lynsey has finished her Pharmaceutical course, come home from Bristol to be with Lee in his flat.

We had a party for them yesterday with a wonderful buffet and a centre piece that is fabulous. I have taken a photo for you. A friend made it, and using air drying clay modelled figures. Lee asked for Penquins because they mate for life. ( Ahh the romance.

I might have had Swans myself!) It was all a great success I met Lynsey's parents and some of her family.

I am thrilled. For them it has been a long slog, toing and froing and this day never seeming any nearer. Now they have the rest of their lives to be a happy family unit.

Lynsey and Sophie are already part of our family, maybe I dare wish for an addition later on!

We are always saying that being part of craftsUprint is like being part of a big family and we will always help one another out.

Well I groaned in the forum, that I had missed out on the 1p Crafty Bob bag and low and behold, who came to my rescue?

Why Faith Irwin, that is who. Out the kindness of her heart she has sent me a bag. Now Crafty Bob's bag has become a God-send as I am still hobbling aropund with two sticks.

I sling everything I need in it and off I go from one room to the next, upstairs and downstairs. Thankyou Faith, where would I be without you?

Bag less and mad at myself. I am now the proud owner of my so wanted CRAFTY BOB BAG.

I made all my Christmas cards for friends and family 64 in total. It takes me about 3 months to finish them. This year I have had some amazing feedback ,I am quite bashful when receiving praise, but deep down It makes me very proud.

The reason I am telling you this is because it is down to you designers and crafters for giviing me the designs and the ideas to put it all together.

I have learnt so much over the time I have been a member even I can see that I have improved.

I am disabled and sitting can be so boring, but now there is no stopping me. Bless you all.
