Out From Under The Polar Bear - A Romantic Comedy - Published!

This novel's been a long time coming - but, finally, it's arrived. It can be found on Amazon as a paperback and as an ebook: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Susan-Alison/e/B005HU4YWI/ref=ntt_dp_epwbk_0 Stephanie Lawry has an unsuitable fiance, claustrophobia, and a disquieting rash...

Jack Redmond tries hard to be a good father to his children despite his ex-wife's attitude problem, and his mistakenly-gained drunken-perv reputation.

Add in Steph's bolshie parents, Jack's too-bright children, an old lover, a couple of resuced dogs, and a manky polar bear, and it's no wonder the games people play get out of hand.

Will Steph learn the rules of the relationship game in time to win Jack, or are the stakes too high?

My craft sheets are both writing designs - one is a pup who writes by hand, & the other writes straight onto her computer - like me.

Hooray for dentists! No, really - they are pretty useful for keeping our teeth in our mouths in one form or another... On the 6th March it's Dentist Day - yay!

For a change, we can say pleasant things to our dentists - they deserve to have the occasional nice day, too. With that in mind I have painted a picture of a cat at the dentist.

Kat actually hated having to see the dentist, not to mention the hygienist - of course, the fact that her dentist is a dog is neither here nor there... (No - really!) Question: Did you hear about the Buddhist who refused any anaesthetic for root canal treatment? Answer: He wanted to transcend dental medication!

My most recent book to be published on Amazon US and UK - in between designing sheets for CUP, of course - is a book of short stories - all of them carefully handcrafted to make every word count.

The book is called, 'Sweet Peas and Dahlias' and the stories are all illustrated by the fabulous artist, Wendi Fyers.

It is available in paperback as well as an ebook.

I brought out my illustrated doggerel book, 'The Corgi Games' this week - in turn - that brought out the poet in our very own Jolis DeAngelis!!!

This is the poem she left as a review on Amazon.com: Corgis have real steel and Olympic Game appeal In a book dedicated to their cause, I laughed and it gave me paws. Susan Alison may be The greatest, last authority On the antics of such puppy dogs Who most of us thought were always slogs! The poetry is delightful. The Corgi Sports insightful. Added to the general melee You get paintings that make your day! Susan, I thank you from short Corgi legs, Having seen the official Game regs, For penning such drollery To entertain me with pet Bowl-ery. What a star Jolis is!!! (I've put in the cup number for Jolis's fab Husky card.)
