I have the same issue as Cath Jackson. Only received a file with one page for part of a box. No stand or book files received.

I down loaded this file last week but when I try to bring it up on my ScanNcut 300cm machine it tells me the file is too complicated. I have had this problem before bu the designed kindly sorted it out for me. Can you do this also. please

I downloaded this card this week (SVG ) . Unfortunately my ScanNcut CM300 tells me the design is too complicated for the machine. I have had this problem before with another design and the designer was able to simplify the cutting . Is this possible with this design.

Hello, I hope you can help me. I downloaded the make your own number card files a couple of times. The first time I had the numbers above the box now I can't get the numbers to show. I have unzipped the other download and no numbers. I think it's me being senior. Can you possibly do a file with the separate numbers? I would pay for them.

I purchased this file in Svg format may 17th when I opened the file it only contained one page which was a box part not sure if it was lid or base please can you help Cathy
