Stunning Nissan Gt 350z Decoupage on Lightning Background

Hi I bought this a couple of months ago as my son has a 350z and I wanted it for his birthday this month, but when i went to print it its only small and if I try to make it bigger its blurry so any ideas on how to print it for a large card, also do you do other colours as my sons cars is dark blue
