I used some of the items from this scrap kit to make my design cup532781_819 50th Birthday Over The Top Wobble Minikit and made this card.

I cut and folded the wobble card base then attached the topper with dst.

I then attached the layers and sentiment with sticky tabs and stuck in the matching insert with dst.
