This card design is available for sale - please see cup233285_994. I used the ivory border from this set to make a frame on a cyan background. I then added a book, cup and flowers collage and my text and fixed the design to a 5x5 inch glossy ivory card.
I finished with two layers of decoupage on 2mm foam pads.

Set of 6 suede fabric or leather borders with silver accent pieces at 6" or 15cm long but can easily be extended into longer borders.
They come in light colors and a chocolate brown.
