Here’s a decorative way to hang your jewelry.
Steps
-
Decide upon the length of your holder. How many necklaces would you like to hang? Can some necklaces be hung together?
-
Gather your supplies.
-
Braid three long lengths of grapevine together. Make a loose or tight braid depending upon your preference.
-
Secure the ends of the braid with tight twine.
-
Tie a ribbon into a tight bow, over the twine, at both ends of the braid.
-
Place thin, one-inch nails over the length of the grapevine.
- Place the nails at an upward slant so that the necklaces will not fall off.
- Place the nails about two inches apart to prevent necklaces from tangling.
-
Attach the braid securely to a wall. Place it horizontally or into the shape of a slight ascending or descending arch.
-
Hang your necklaces over the nails.
Tips
- This looks great over your dresser.
- Hang dangling bracelets as well.
