Help! this kit will not open. Normally with every other kit I've purchased I simple click 'extract all' and then 'open' and all the pages come up. this kit simple shows a pdf symbol and refuses to open into individual pages. I have purchased hundreds of kits from your site but I've never had one that did this, normally they open in my file directory with ease.
