We put up some new birdfeeders in our garden a couple of weeks ago. It took the birds sometime to find them but now we have quite a variety of them coming down to feed.
My daughter took this lovely pic of a bullfinch on the feeder.
We also have bluetits, robins, blackbirds, coal tits, wood pigeons, starlings and collared doves. I have just put a design on CUP with bluetits which was from a watercolour painting that I did.

We have a huge forest across the field from our house. I enjoy going for walks and take pics for inspiration for my watercolours paintings which I use in my designs. We get loads of wildlife, deer foxes etc walking by our front gate even in the day time.
Here is a pic of me going for a walk recently wrapped up warm because it was really cold.

I live near Silchester which used to be a Roman town. There is still a large Roman wall surrounding what used the be the town. You can visit during the summer and watch the excavations to find Roman artifacts which is really interesting.
They also had a reenactment day with Roman soldiers fighting. Here is a pic of one of the soldiers. Here is one of my latest Christmas designs

I've been painting again this week and have done some watercolours for my card designs. I thought you might like to see my latest painting. Here is one of my latest christmas designs

On a recent visit to Rye in Sussex we took some lovely pics of cobbled streets and tudor style houses.
Also lovely views from the top of the church tower Here is one of the pics of the cobbled street. I use these to inspire me when I am doing my paintings. (Perhaps crafty Bob would like to be in the pic)
