I bought this design last night but it will not insert into a Word document so that I can split the designs into singular ones and resize.

This has never been a problem with any other designs in groups that I have wanted to split and resize.

Iv just downloaded your Fairy file from the Freebie Vault, but its not possible to make it due to it not being an image file? Its bringing the image up as a webpage but all of the layers are slightly layered ontop of / next to each other and not useable as single layers so unusable. Unable to add a photo to show what i mean :(

Bonjour Laura, certaines de vos annonces ont besoin d'être modifiées ! Je sais que vous êtes nouvelle et que vous n'êtes pas encore habituée au site.

Certains de vos fichiers de découpe ne sont pas découpables, vous pouvez le constater en les regardant simplement dans l'aperçu. De plus, SVG ne permet pas l'impression et la découpe, ce qui pose également problème. Vous avez indiqué les couleurs disponibles, ce qui n'est pas tout à fait exact : il faut ajouter physiquement la couleur de la carte correspondante, sauf si vous utilisez l'impression et la découpe.

Un autre problème : certaines annonces indiquent trois modèles alors qu'il n'y en a qu'un seul, mais de tailles différentes. Il faut corriger ce problème.

Les échantillons doivent être découpés et photographiés pour que le client puisse voir la découpe, et non une capture d'écran.
