Meditaranian trip by Judith Henry

Seems like months ago that we took this trip. There were so many breath taking views that I keep going back to visit my photos. Not only did we enjoy the scenery but we also enjoyed the history of the diverse cities we visited. And then there is the food. Wish I was there right now. No more snow please.

Popup cards are my passion. Hope you enjoy my selections and the videos to help you assemble them.

Welcome Home Daddy by Janice McFarlane

I have two very happy grandsons (Wed.13th March) when they finally welcomed home their daddy after a four and a half month deployment in Kabul, Afghanistan. Its been a hard time for my daughter and grandsons for a number of reasons. It was quite frightening for the first couple of weeks as two suicide bombs went off about 100 metres from my son-in-law. Thankfully he is now safe and sound back home and the boys are ecstatic. It was quite a surprise for Alfie when he got home from school as he wasnt expecting his daddy home until Friday 15th March. The smiles on their faces says it all really and I couldnt be happier.

A beautiful Easter themed pop out book card kit, and a set of designer recource background papers. Both on special offer.

Remembering Sweet Alfie by Sue Way

On 11th March it should have been our darling Alfies 14th Birthday. I was feeling very teary for most of the day as I saw lots of pictures of him pop up on my Facebook memories. But I was also remembering the wonderful life he had and what a sweet gentle boy he was. Billy didnt like seeing me upset and he climbed on me, licked my tears away and gently placed his paw on me. He is such a sweetheart, he seems to know he has big boots to fill. Every Anniversary is hard and I cant believe it has been nearly a year since Alfie left us. We will always love and remember our baby bear Here are a couple of my latest mini kits. http://www.craftsuprint.com/sue-way/?r=968387

Proud of my girl. by Vicki Avcin

Early last week my daughter sent me a copy of an email she had received at work telling her she had been nominated for the 2019 QPS Women in Policing awards. She said she was shocked and surprised and wondered why on earth someone would do that. (She actually thought it was a joke to start with!). She had been nominated by her Assistant Commissioner/Executive Director. I could think of many reasons she couldve been nominated for as her dedication and commitment to her job is impeccable. One of her bosses later said to her attention to detail and commitment got you that nomination, well done ! The awards were announced on 8th March, which is International Womens Day. I told her regardless of whether she won or not, what a wonderful honour to be nominated in recognition of her work. I am so very very proud of her and all shes achieved in the last 8yrs since she graduated. One more course to go till she makes Detective and she is already excelling in the detective aspects of her job. She didnt win but makes no difference….she will always be my top cop.

Cars in Cuba by Carol Dunne

We have recently returned from a fabulous holiday in the Caribbean. We flew into Jamaica and from there boarded a cruise ship which was home for two fabulous weeks. We went to Honduras, Guatamala, Belise, Mexico, Cozumel and the Cayman Islands. The highlight though was Cuba. Havana was really great. The old cards driving around were like museum pieces (see the photo) and so well kept. I would love to go back there.

Just look what I caught in the frame as well as the F15 Eagle... The moon just at the top of the shot couldnt believe it when I was looking through my shots.. Oh my god there is loads of aircraft here. They are on Red Flag Excercise for training the military. I have loads of shots but obviously I can only post one so this one stuck out for mehttps://www.craftsuprint.com/tina-fitch/
