I printed the image onto good quality pearlescent paper, cut out all of the layers and used 3d foam pads to decoupage.
I cut out the insert and glued to the inside of a 5x7" blank card.
I layered the topper onto gold card and attached to the front of the blank card. I then attached a peel off greeting to some cream paper and layered it onto gold card before attaching to the card using foam pads.
A lovely, fun card which can be made really quickly.
