Janet Roysotn - Due to computer crashing as above I have once more lost all my purchased CUPs as when I took my computer to Currys/PC World they have fitted a new hard drive and could not safe any files at all that I had downloaded be it photos, private files or my lovely Card downloads from your good selves. I am supposed to have had cloud with Currys but apparently There are no saved files whatsoever. Can I once more ask for your help to allow me to download these files again. Josephine Stockton - Hello, I spent a lot of money over the years buying a lot of items from your site. Unfortunately my computer crashed and I loss everything. Heather Kibble - My old computer has crashed and all my craft downloads are on it I backed it up on my usb but there are lines and block outs on the downloads is there any way I can dowload my old orders.
