I mounted onto a scalloped edge card and decoupaged all the ample pieces using sticky pads. I added my chosen sentiments. This is a great design for all those hip and knee replacements and will be really popular
Mounted onto green spotty card and then onto white card with punched borders, decoupaged with foam pads, added glossy accents and silver hi lighter pen to tools, tied elasticated cord round the spine with a saw and a hammer charms tied to the ends, to complete I added the matching insert available separately!
After printing out onto 240 gram card I mounted on a 7 by 7 scalloped card then added decoupage with sticky pads.
I made this card for my Surgeon to thank him for making such a good job of mending my knee.
I printed the design onto matt cardstock and mouted onto the card using foam pads I highlighted the tools with modpodge glitter glueand stuck sticky gems on. I just love this card.
I printed out the sheet on 200gm glossy paper and the insert onto paper and cut out the base design, using double sided tape I stuck the base design onto a 7 x 7 greeting card blank, and the insert into the card.
Using 2mm sticky foam pads I added the decoupage pieces to the base, matching the picture up whilst going along on this stunning easy to assemble card.
Printed on 200g cardstock. I used glossy accents medium to highlight colours. Mounted on co ordinating coloured card. This card is a thank you card for my mum's surgeon. Sentiment is from my own stash.

Personalised prior to printing. Printed onto 120gsm pro print paper and mounted onto a 7x7 card blank using double sided tape. The decoupage elements were fussy cut before being added to the base image using foam tape.
Gems and glitter were applied along with a co-ordinating insert ( available to purchase separately) to finish.
