I have purchased 579988 with print and post. The front preview shows a gold trim on the handbag flap, this was not included in my print and post and there was only one side of the handle is this correct? The instructions also mentioned insert should that have been included?

I have cut out the wine glass lampshade and on gluing it together the edges are uneven and don't match..

Is this normal?

Have been unable to make this lovely card as it is printing out different sizes can you offer any suggestions?

I have tried several times to print this card but I cannot make it a 6 x 6 card. My card comes out as as way too large for the envelope. Could you please inform me as to what size paper I should be printing it on, and also does any of the decoupage go onto the actual card, or is it for the envelope? It is a beautiful design but unfortunately I am struggling at the moment.
