I used a stripe effect wool to make this blanket and it really works. A very easy pattern to follow and knits up fairly quickly. Suitable for all levels of skill- sorry did not have time to iron!!

For this baby blanket I used *Ice Yarn* and the design of shows the multi coloured yarn off really well, instead of just being a striped finish.
