Golly Girl Charlotte Mathildas White Frilly Skirt with red spotty Bow

This is the beautiful white frilly skirt that belongs to Charlotte Mathilda's growing wardrobe. It is an intermediate pattern to follow. However you do not have to add all the frills, which will bring the pattern to an easier skill level.

I have named it in the education section because the skirt has a draw string in the form of a red spotty ribbon, which will enable the new "Young Mother" to dress and undress Charlotte Mathilda. The skirt can be made in any shade of 8 Ply Yarn. I have used Acrylic as my granddaughter is allergic to wool and has exzema, but wool will work just as well.

I used white because for photographic purposes it stood out better than the darker shades I made and it goes so well with the red jacket.
