Hi there i purchased the file and tried to make the card.. but i noticed it came out quite small compared to the size i thought a card should of been... Please help as the card was only about 7cm

Hi I ordered your "C" cut out design with small hearts and stars with popup flowers and butterflies. The file that came through was letter"C" in a heart shape with two layers. I have been through the support ticketing system and they are unable to help and said I needed to contact the seller. Can you please help with this issue.

the two files that are being mixed up are cup 925977_21631_svg and cup 925261_21631_svg.
