how do you get it into the envelope

good morning not sure if one of the pages is correct - i have printed everything and started to cut and put together and section 4a has two piece attached to each other so not sure how to cut this out - does not look right - now little confused with what pieces are what thank you

On 8th July i purchased this item for print and deliver this i received and cut all pieces out.

When i started layering i got the first on ok but the second layer was to small and would not match up.

So i printed of myself cut all out and the same thing happened.

Can you please amend this as needed for my granddaughters graduation in september.

hi I have purchased coastline watercolour beachscenes and they are absolutely gorgeous are you likely to do watercolour xmas scenes set?

just finished and had fun making this card - i have slight problem - whilst making the envelope i printed it and was putting it together and notice that it has the glueing and folding instruction printed to the side - if you follow them then you can not make the envelope and if you have made it you have it printed down the visible side - is there a chance i could have a another page sent with out the error - sorry to point it out thnak you for any help xt

the instruction pdf file is coming up as unavailable no problem with other pdf files. I have cards waiting to be made please advise

This is my first card like this, and I cannot follow the instructions the fact that the diagrams are all in white does not help. Please help me by providing full instructions, not in white, please. I wish to order more like this but they are on hold awaiting your response. Also, too many optional pages are confusing. I am an experienced card maker and have been using cup for over ten years thank you

Hello Janice. I purchased your design cup1043463_905 planning to give it to my 86 year old neighbour. However, even following the instructions, I am at a loss on how to attach the concertina panel to the mechanism and still have the card close. I can't make it look like the picture. Thank you for your assistance.

I emailed support because when I downloaded the terrarium card I did't receive any directions. They sent me a new zip file and it doesn't have any directions either. I ned the directions so I can make the card.

I recently purchased this card. Is there supposed to be a separate direction sheet for this card, if there is, I didn't get it. How large are the 2 cards when finished?

I'm having problems trying to fix this together to make it fold to fit in the envelope. It seems impossible or do you not attach the main piece and put it in the envelope separate to the easel part?

Hi just purchased 3 more of your sets and in 1 set of the flower fairies and friends cup number 1039324_905 did you know that one of the verses on the front has 2 ands it says

We dance and and play the night away we hop and skip til dawn by sunlight bright we soar in flight as we welcome the early morn I just want to know if this is correct or if it’s a mistake I haven’t checked the other2 fairy kits yet, it just doesn’t look right to me but they are lovely thankyou sandra

Hi I purchased this but there is an error in the poem. The word to is missed out on the second line of the insert poem.

hello i recently purchased the sweet baby girl ex box surprise kit cup967929-905, I printed page 14 out for the small cot and it printed the same size stand that is with the large cot, is there anything I can do to get the correct size.
