I recently bought your card, and it seems to have a couple of mistakes. The veil coming from the ladies hat, is just a blank white rectangle with no colour or shading. Also her right arm is round the wrong way. She would have to be double jointed for her arm to face that way. Unfortunately, once I saw this, I couldn't un see it!. I thought you might like to know, so that you could adjust your files. Teresa Williams.

Hi Frances. I have purchased your beautiful robin cup904094_825 but each time I try and print it the colours are very dark. I have experimented with all types and weights of paper but always get same result.
