On a couple of the designs, the word "Pocket" shows on the design display......is this word on the actual downloaded design or is the word "Pocket" only shown on the display as an example of where the pockets are on the card? Hi Eileen, So sorry to be such a bother but the file for this item is still not complete. I have downloaded it 3 times now , but it remains the same...There is definitely no picture of the lady. Thank you for contacting me about the error with your project. The mistake is my fault because I didn't add the zip file to the listing that has the pages for printing the envelopes correctly. I am so sorry. Since this is not an error that I can fix myself, I have submitted a support ticket to the CUP administrators asking for their help to fix the listing so that you can download the correct printing files. I'm sure they will get back to me shortly so that the error can be fixed, and you will be notified when the new files for you to download are available. Again, I do apologize for my mistake and thank you for your patience with this digital process.

I purchased this product April 22 and printed it yesterday to make my first box and to see how it went together. Unfortunately it didn't work out at all. The front sheet has larger pieces than the rest of the sheets. The pieces are about 1/2 inch taller and about 1/2 inch wider. The piece to the right has the right hand corner clipped off. I purchased cup57185_503--Holly Christmas tree shaped box and it worked perfectly. could you fix the problem with the Jolly Snowman ? Thanks Pat Morrison

I purchased cup548551_503 expecting to be individual seed packets as described in the title to use on my cards as embellishments (to put a note etc. inside); however when I downloaded the item it is just a collage picture & not fit for purpose.

Can you please look into this for me as this is of no use to me.
