It is with great pleasure to let you all know I made Platinum Status. I am very grateful to CUP Crafty Bob and all of the fabulous staff at HQ.

I would also like to thank all of the customer that have purchased my sheets, and to all of the crafters that purchased my sheets and made such beautiful cards from them.

This is a photo of Hurricane Arthur moving in along the Florida coast just before the fourth of July. It was an amazing site. Looking south along the coastline looked dark and dreary like the photo. Looking north (left side of the photo) sunny and bright.

This is a site I will not soon forget! We were so lucky as the storm did not do any damage where we were vacationing, but it did hit the North Carolina shore just a few days later, packing 100 mile per hour winds.

This is one of the children at my granddaughter's 5th birthday party. Trying to break open the pinata! It took quite a few swings to get the candy to fall out. The children ranged in age from 3 - adult, and I believe the adults had the most fun!

It turned out to be a memorable day for everyone who attended.

Lunch at the lake is a free lunch program provided by the school system. They serve lunch to all children at no charge up to 18 years old. A four day a week lunch, Monday through Thursday all summer.

There are fun activities also available at the lake for fun summertime days swimming, boating, and fishing.

This is Amelia, one of my granddaughters. She participated in a mud run last weekend. Her dad is a marine, and lots of kids ran. Pretty dirty business...don't you think? All of the kids had a great time. Two of my bumper kits.
