I used one of these ladies on my sheet cup315285_819 Rhea By Candlelight. To make the card I printed the sheet onto decoupage paper, stuck the card front to a 7x5 card with double sided tape and fixed on the panel layers and sentiment with sticky tabs.

I then added a little glitterglue to the candles.
