I used one of these lovely girls plus the surf board in my design cup554271_819 Surf Babe Foldback and made this card.

I cut around the right hand side of the central image panel with a craft knife, then scored and folded the card to make the foldback card.

I then attached the sentiment tag with sticky tabs.
