I used one of these girls in my design cup570843_819 Listening To Music and made this card. I stuck the card front to an A5 card with dst then attached the layers and sentiment tags with sticky tabs.

I finished off by sticking in the matching insert (cup570847_819) in with dst. These posers are great for teenage girls.
